International Delivery

We ship from Canada to the United States, the European Union and Australia.

For orders in Europe, we use Fedex to pay for custom fees with the tax amount paid by the customer. 

For international orders, Calimacil cannot be held liable for customs charges, nor can we determine the cost to these charges in advance, as their applicability and amount are decided by customs themselves.

One Year Warranty on Calimacil Weapons

Calimacil weapons are covered by a limited warranty for a period of one year (365 days) from the date of purchase. Any product found to be defective by Calimacil Inc, that is accompanied with presentation of proof of purchase, will be replaced with a new product, at the discretion of Calimacil Inc. Shipping and handling costs of the defect item will be assumed by the consumer. Shipping and return of the replacement item will be covered by Calimacil.

This warranty of 365 days does not cover normal wear and tear of the product, including the wear resulting from the natural deterioration of the materials during fighting. Any modifications brought to the product will result in the cancellation of the warranty. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abnormal or contrary to the purpose of the product.

Satisfaction Guaranteed : 60 days Return Policy

If your purchase does not satisfy you fully, it can be returned within 60 days of the date received. Reimbursement covers the entire base price of the purchase including taxes for the concerned countries. To return a product, please contact us directly. We will inform you about the different options available. You must assume the cost of shipping and insurance for the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during the transit.

Conditions :
Maximum period of 60 days
The weapon must be returned to Calimacil at customer's expense.
The costumer must provide a copy of the invoice of purchase.
The item should not have any presence of combat and should not have being used within a LARP experience or used during practice.
The weapon must be purchased on www.calimacil.com or any Calimacil family web sites.

Exceptions :
The weapon return policy of 60 days does not apply to custom orders, bazaar items or Refurbished items.
