This chain mail was built for average sized adults and is wide enough to be worn on top of a padded gambeson, extending to a maximum of 140cm. The sleeves cover 1/2 to 2/3 of the arm and the body reaches down to the mid-thigh. Every single ring is riveted so that can only be opened with tools or brute force. The chain mail is also fully riveted under the arms so it is very sturdy against strong movements or stress.
